OUR SERVICES
Entering services doesn't have to be complex or confusing. Lincoln Street Inc. can assist you through the process of determining eligibility and getting started!

We work closely with the Designated Agency that is responsible for determining eligibility. Being eligible means:

a person must have an IQ score of 70 or less
need help with their adaptive skills and
their needs must meet a current State System Of Care Plan funding priority.

Lincoln Street Inc. will help you assess what is needed for supports, keep you informed of your choices and how the developmental disabilities system operates.
