LSI has thirty years of experience providing residential services for people who are developmentally disabled.

All of LSI's Home Supports are tailored around the specific needs of each individual.

LSI Service Coordinators, work with individuals and their family or Guardians to support home based services that are crafted to each individuals need for support.

Depending on your needs, home supports can be:

with an LSI contracted provider who is very medically skilled and can coordinate all of your services with LSI's nursing staff, Visiting Nurses or Home Health as well as a variety of local physicians and specialty medical providers.
in a more detached setting with one of our contractors, like a "mother in law apartment", where there are more options for independence yet support is available when needed.
a contracted family where everyone shares a home or roommate your own age.
similar to a foster parent situation for younger folks needing this service.
provided to you in your own apartment as hourly home supports.
a long term supportive home that provides end of life care.

We are always seeking respite providers to provide our Homes a break from providing care. It’s also a nice way to begin an experience in the field.
