Lincoln Street, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors which is responsible for the overall operation of the agency.

The Board's policy is to continually monitor the quality of service delivered to the people we serve. This is done through:

• Assuring for the agency's fiscal stability
• Set and maintain policies designed to recruit and retain high-quality staff who are committed to the philosophy of the agency; and
• As community members and business people, board members educate other community members regarding the contributions individuals served by LSI can offer a community and provide linkages needed for this community inclusion.
