He needs significant support with his health care & personal care needs, emotional self regulation and his ability to communicate his needs. An ideal Home Provider will have patience, personal care & behavioral care experience and a quiet and flexible home life to meet his needs. • A part time home, 3 to 4 days a week, for a 27 year old non-verbal Autistic woman who enjoys being social, participating in community outings and being outdoors. She has just recently found her "voice" through facilitated communication and will need ongoing support to continue this success. She needs the support of a patient and caring Provider to assist her with her impulse control and personal care needs. Although very much a homebody, she does enjoy socializing with people she knows and enjoys shopping at thrift stores. An ideal Provider will have a quiet home and be able to provide her with the support necessary to help her with her Anxiety issues. An annualized $28,000+ difficulty of care payment plus room & board stipend and a flexible respite budget provided.
